The popular cartoon family portrait ornaments by Shelbywanders has gotten an upgrade! These detailed and more realistic portrait ornaments are sure to be another one of a kind cherished keepsake on your Christmas tree! Wood slices vary by size (3-5 inches) and appearance as each is unique in its own way! Your ornament will be sealed with a glossy varnish to ensure a clear & long-lasting finish.

----------- Ordering Instructions ------------

♥ In the dropbox, choose the number of people and/or pets you want on your ornament

- You can have people and pets, just people, or just pets!

♥ Under personalization, add your desired name that you want on your ornament

- Names can be your family's last name (Ex., The Johnsons), first names (Ex., Jim & Pam), or anything else you wish! Any personalization text will be put on the BACK of the ornament. Please enter the EXACT wording you would like.

♥ After ordering, send me a message through Etsy with a photo(s) of your family and include any other details you may want!

- Sending the photo through Etsy messages is recommended, but feel free to send me an email (email is below) if you are having trouble attaching photos through Etsy messages. To attach to Etsy messages, simply press contact seller & press the camera icon to send me the photos!

-----------------------Sketches & Proofs------------------------

♥ I will provide a sketch of your ornament before I start the painting process & a quick outline of my plan for your ornament. This is the time to let me know of any details you want included or left out. This will be a ROUGH sketch and major details won't always be in the sketch. Once you approve the sketch, that is when I will start painting! I will NOT start painting until the sketch has been looked over and approved so it's important to make sure our line of communication stays open!

- We can communicate through Etsy messages, email, social media (Facebook & Instagram) or by text.

♥ I will not send painting updates unless I need extra clarity or details for your portrait. Once your portrait is finished, I will send a proof of the ornament. If needed, your purchase will come with TWO free revisions. Any revisions after the second will be subject to an extra fee. I will always do my best to work with you to make sure your portrait is loved! However, revisions are up to the artist capabilities so if you're wanting something revised that I simply cannot do, I will let you know.

♥ Once the portrait ornament is complete and you are happy with it, the ornament will be sealed! After sealing, I cannot change any aspect of the painting. It will then be assembled and processed for packaging and shipping!

♥ You MUST send me your reference photos so I can create your ornament! If no photo is received within 3 days & after an attempt to get them from you, I will have to refund & cancel your order.

♥ I will match as many details as I can to the reference photo(s) that you send me! If you want to make any changes to the photos (Change of hair color or no longer wearing glasses, etc.), please let me know in your message to me! Any distinct features on people or animals that you definitely want to be included, please make that aware to me in your message as well. Any other details you would like, just let me know & I will make it happen!

- Please note that a good quality *unfiltered* photo is needed to make sure I get the most accurate colors and skin tones. If anything is different about the photo that you send me (like if the lighting of the photo makes your hair appear to be brown when it's actually black) please let me know in your message to me. I go directly off of the reference photos that are sent to me, so if anything is different than how it looks, I would need to know!

- Please take note of my style of painting before ordering! These will be detailed and realistic portraits, but some features are more animated or cartoon-ish (bigger eyes, for example) as that is just my style! If you don't find my style of painting for you, please refrain from ordering!

♥ Reference photos can be photos of the whole family or seperate photos, it doesn't matter! Just keep in mind, I will match whatever clothes the photo has so if you only have separate photos but want the family to "match," please let me know!

♥ All the ornaments are HAND-PAINTED with acrylic paints, including all lettering. No stencils or Cricut materials are used.

♥ Since these ornaments are all hand-painted and made to order, my processing times get a bit lengthy the closer to the holidays. I take my time on all my ornaments to make sure I give you the best quality and representation of your family! Please double check processing times so that you know how long of a wait you will have before getting your ornament & consider purchasing early if you are wanting them for Christmas gifts or decorations!

♥ Due to the nature of custom orders, I cannot accept returns or exchanges.

♥ If you need to cancel an order, please contact me within 24 hours. After 24 hours, I cannot cancel your order.
