You seem to have longer processing times than other sellers on Etsy. Why?

Etsy is filled with amazing creators and makers but we are all so different! We know quick is what everyone wants, but some of our items are just too special to be able to have a super fast turnaround time. I personally paint each and every portrait, whether it is on wood or digitally and this takes time! During peak seasons, like the holidays, it takes even longer because our unique and one of a kind items are always in high demand and I can only do so many paintings in a day! A lot of Etsy sellers have a whole team behind them helping them to create their awesome creations, I just have me! Rest assured I am always working hard on orders and always try to ship early when possible!

Do you guarantee Christmas delivery?

Delivery dates are never guaranteed. Once your package is in the hands of USPS, I can't control how fast it gets to you. Because of this, always be aware that shipping delays may happen and give yourself extra time to receive your package, especially during the peak seasons!

Snow Globe Shipping Guidelines

Our custom minimalistic style portrait snow globes have been a big hit since adding them to the shop a couple of years ago! We have learned a lot about shipping things filled with water, so we have added some extra guidelines when it comes to shipping these snow globes!

*If temperatures are expected to get below freezing in our state in which we ship from (Indiana) we will NOT ship until the temperatures get ABOVE freezing, which is 32 degrees*

- If your snow globe order is due to ship during a time that is supposed to get below freezing, you will receive an update from us explaining and your ship by date will be extended.

- When purchasing, you automatically AGREE to these guidelines. No refunds or cancellations will be given.

Why do you have guidelines for shipping snow globes?

Since our snow globes are filled with water and then shipped to your destination, when temperatures get below freezing the globes that are in transit may end up freezing causing the globe to naturally expand. Then when the globes are brought back to above freezing temps, they will de-ice and turn back into liquid, which may cause the globe to burst from the pressure and start leaking. The act of icing and de-icing can also cause dents in the globe. To help combat this issue, we've decided to not ship these globes when temperatures in our home city is expected to drop below freezing, to try to prevent any damage to the globe!
